Main Academic Achievements:
I refined John M.T. Balmer’s (Professor of Corporate Identity and Corporate Brand, founder of the International Corporate Identity Group, UK) ACID Test of Corporate Identity management. By adding new elements to the model and restructuring it, I attempted to create a model that was more complex, and yet easier to deal with, than the original. I presented my theoretical results at a conference of the International Corporate Identity Group UK held in Edinburgh, Scotland 2007. I was the first and so far only Hungarian participant. This concept was also published in my article “Several Aspects of Corporate Identity Part 2: Introduction of Balmer’s ACID Tests”, Personnel Management Review (Journal of the Hungarian Association of HRM), August 2009.
