李建斌教授现任华中科技大学管理学院副院长，教授、博士生导师，曾入选教育部青年长江学者，华中大-卓志跨境电商研究中心主任，先后主持5项自然科学项目（1项重点）, 在UTD 24期刊ISR、POM，以及国内外权威期刊发表文章80多篇，1篇案例入选加拿大毅伟（IVEY）商学院案例库，曾基于1号店的成果获首届华人学者管理科学实践奖、湖北省社科联二等奖、武汉市社科联一等奖，基于华为的合作研究成果获得中国运筹学会科学技术运筹应用奖提名奖。在Springer出版社出版英文专著1本，与1号店、香港上市公司卓尔智联、美国上市公司1药网、华为企业等合作相关成果入选2020年第55届中国高等教育博览会“校企合作双百计划”优秀案例展。

讲座简介：

This paper develops a game-theoretical model to examine the interaction between the platform's information sharing and financing services when sellers are financially constrained. We characterize the equilibrium finance-operations and the endogenous information-sharing strategy for the platform. The results show that the seller selects loan provider based on relative financing cost under exogenously given interest rates. The platform sets attractive equilibrium interest rate only when the bank's capital cost is large, while the financing service always be suppressed by sharing information. The platform is not always willing to share the information due to the higher financing cost effect, but can always benefit from providing platform financing as well as the seller. Furthermore, we design an information-sharing scheme with endogenous fixed-payment, which can enhance the competitiveness of platform financing, alleviate the higher financing cost effect and improve social welfare. We also extend these analytical results and managerial insights to general setting to ensure the robustness.
